Editorial and Verification Policy

How Listings Are Added

Businesses can submit listings through the directory dashboard. Every submission is reviewed for category relevance, contact detail completeness, and content quality before being published.

Verification Process

  • Each listing must include a valid business name, service category, and location.
  • Listings with misleading, duplicate, or spam-like content are rejected.
  • Profile updates are reviewed before replacing published details.
  • Inactive or expired listings are periodically removed from active search pages.

Spam and Abuse Policy

We remove listings that include fake claims, keyword stuffing, impersonation, or repeated duplicate submissions. Users can report suspicious listings through the contact page for manual review.

Free vs Paid Listings

Free listings can appear in category and city search pages. Paid listing packages extend listing duration and feature access. Payment status does not allow inaccurate business information to bypass verification.

Ongoing Updates

Listings are refreshed when owners edit their profile, when package status changes, and when administrative quality checks are completed. This process helps keep directory pages current and trustworthy for local searches in Australia.
